As a family-run distillery, we take pride in our journey from grain to glass. Crafting exceptional whisky & gin that captures the essence of our unique environment.
The Pringle Rock Distillery was conceptualized by Leigh Elves who has been in the engineering industry for almost 40 years. His dream was to build, in his words “…the very best distillery to produce the very best spirit.”
Our ecologically friendly distillery farm is completely off-grid. We generate our own power by means of solar energy and our water is natural mountain water sourced from a well on our property.
We are committed to the protection and enhancement of our natural environment and strive to operate in the most ecologically sustainable manner possible.
