The old 14 horse stable has been repurposed into a distillery that houses our three hand crafted copper stills – Victor, Josephine & Gerry K.
In keeping with our ethos, the distillery is a masterpiece showcasing sustainability through genius innovation and engineering. It is designed to be as efficient as possible and to have zero impact on the environment. We use the least amount of energy to produce the finest spirit.
Whisky distiller, Leigh Elves, personally selects the finest ex port & sherry barrels for whisky maturation.
